Bing daily set not counting

WebDaily Set credits a completion only if I launch the three tasks from the new dashboard. When I launch from the main Bing drop down menu (with the medallion), I get points credit but no set credit. When I launch from the dashboard, each task gets a green check mark about 2-3 seconds after completion.
