Paste them into the same folder that the game's executable is in. WebMy Documents->My Games->Skyrim->CME_Saves. And place it in that folder. If you have a file in there that is the same you will need to overwrite it. The number in the file is the Slot Load you will need to select in ECE to get the preset to show up in-game.
