A good quality italian piston should run you $30 or so. If you need to replace the cylinder as well, you're looking at $100 or so. Fixing the saw - just replacing the piston & cylinder - wont require a lot of specialized tools.

Final hone will give final P2W and end assembly measurement verifications. But if you blew some ringlands, your putting in at least one new piston. Which means at least one set of rings.
