Webb3 juni 2012 · I'm trying to buy a house in Riften (to become thane) but I've noticed on UESP that said there's the 5000 septim price and the 8000. I've only got the 8000 septims option in the game, how do I get the price to lower to 5000? And also wondering why there are two prices instead of one. Thanks in advance! WebbHoneyside in Riften is my second choice. It's cheap and convenient in more ways than one. It's the only house that opens directly to the outside, so you never have to enter a city and then enter your home - you can just walk right in near the Riften Stables. It's got a lot of storage, but it's cramped and very dark especially in the cellar.
