Women (n = 22; ≥60 yr) who had completed chemotherapy for early-stage breast cancer and had a body mass index ≥25 kg/m 2 were enrolled. Limiting the eating duration may be an effective strategy to reduce the overall caloric intake; however, TRF does not necessarily have to involve caloric restriction.
